In this session, we’ll discuss your strengths and challenges and consider which of the programmes might be right for you. For example, you may wish to learn 1:1 and be prepared to commit to this intensive programme and stay for the whole year, or you may prefer something more light-touch which will allow you to make excellent progress without the additional intervention and commitment needed for the 1:1 programme. Alternatively, you may wish to start with 1:1, do the online modules in 12-weeks then join a group or just come back for some of the masterclasses.
